2. Data we process
- Article submissions: nickname, link, comment, timestamp.
- Admin uploads: article content and optional images.
- No analytics cookies, tracking pixels, or third-party embeds are used.
3. Purpose & legal basis
We process submissions to moderate and publish predictions. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in maintaining a humorous archive of AI hype).
4. Storage
Data is stored inside a SQLite file (backend/aireplaced.db) on the server. Uploaded images live in frontend/uploads
5. Sharing
We do not sell or share personal data. Articles may be displayed publicly, but email addresses or admin tokens are never exposed.
6. Your rights
You may request deletion or correction of submissions by emailing us. Because the content is usually public predictions, we typically edit rather than remove unless necessary.
